Terms and Conditions

All items are handmade to order. Please allow up to 14 working days for your items to be made and shipped.

All items are either sent by Hermes UK, Royal Mail or Parcel Force. A signature will always be required upon arrival.

As items are made to order, returns, refunds and exchanges are not Accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me with a photograph of the damaged item and box.

All lampshades are made using fire proof materials.
